Our products are made to order. Most orders ship within a week but occasionally rely on the availability of materials and can take longer. Once shipped, however, we cannot guarantee in-transit delivery times. Your actual delivery date is subject to freight and road conditions beyond our control.
Post Office Boxes and Street Addresses:
Note that Federal Express does NOT deliver to post office boxes. Please be sure to include a street address for delivery when placing your order.
2nd and 3rd Day Air Shipments Are Available:
For items shipped via 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air an additional shipping fee will be added to your order as indicated during your checkout. The price for expedited shipping is a flat rate calculated by level of service.

Should you wish to return an item for any reason within 15 days of purchase, be sure to contact us for a Free Returns Label. (A) You must Receive a Return Label From w.kleinberg.com to get a Free Return. (B) Remember to write: "WKLEINBERG.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE " on the package, (C) return your purchase in the ORIGINAL CARTON using the return shipping label we provide.
Note that if you paid for expedited shipping, this charge is not refundable, unless the item was received damages or defective. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you receive any item in your original order that is damaged please contact us immediately and we will replace it for Free. Please send all returns to the address listed above.
